Orders need to be placed before 8 a.m. ET to ship out the same day Monday thru Friday. Orders placed after this time will ship next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.

Freshly Crafted™️ Dog Food Shipping Policy
We ship Freshly Crafted™️ Dog Food orders Monday though Thursday. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please allow 1 to 3 additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Our Freshly Crafted™️ products can only be delivered to residential and commercial addresses, P.O. Boxes are not allowed.
When to Expect Your Order
Shipments take approximately five business days to reach their destination, after being processed and shipped from our facility. Although we make every effort to follow the shipping schedule provided, we cannot guarantee the delivery date. Your location, order date and current weather conditions may affect the time it takes (up to 8 days) to process, pick, pack and ship an order. Please rely on the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email for the most accurate and up-to-date information on the status of your order.
