Over what period should I transition from my current pet food to Pure Protein Air Dried?

Switching to a new food can be challenging for your dog. Ease in for a smooth transition. Give yourself at least a week to introduce and properly get started on feeding Pure Protein Air Dried.   

  • Days 1-2: Introduce with only 25% of the meal. 
  • Days 3-4: Increase to 50% of the meal. 
  • Days 5-6: Increase to 75% of the meal. 
  • Day 7: Fully transition to a complete Pure Protein Air Dried diet.

Yes, but only after you’ve successfully transitioned from your previous feed to Pure Protein Air Dried. Additionally, once opened, they should be consumed within 30 days or stored in an airtight container to maintain freshness. If food is transferred from their original bag, make sure the oxygen scavenger is also placed in the new container. This prevents mold from forming on the food.
